3. User Accounts
- Certain features of the Platform require authentication via Google OAuth login.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Each person is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate votes or ratings is prohibited.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Engage in fake voting, vote manipulation, or any attempt to circumvent the one-vote-per-person system
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape data from or interact with the Platform
- Impersonate any person, government official, or entity
- Post illegal, defamatory, hateful, or threatening content in forums or comments
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems or other users' accounts
- Use the Platform for commercial advertising or spam
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or infrastructure
5. Voting & Ratings
- The Platform enforces one vote per person per item using browser fingerprinting and other deduplication methods.
- Votes and ratings are anonymous and are not publicly linked to your identity.
- Any attempt to manipulate voting results — including using multiple devices, browser profiles, or VPNs to cast duplicate votes — may result in vote invalidation and account suspension.
- We reserve the right to reset or adjust vote counts if systematic manipulation is detected.
6. Expert Panel
- The expert panel is a verified group of professionals whose ratings and analyses carry a verified badge on the Platform.
- Approval of expert applications is at the sole discretion of BhugolPark.
- Expert status may be revoked at any time if an expert violates these terms, provides misleading information, or fails to maintain professional standards.
- Expert ratings are displayed separately from general public ratings to ensure transparency.
7. User-Generated Content
- Users may contribute content such as comments, forum posts, and feedback.
- You are solely responsible for the content you post. It must not violate any laws of Nepal or infringe on the rights of others.
- We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user-generated content at our discretion, without prior notice.
- By posting content on the Platform, you grant BhugolPark a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with the Platform's operations.
8. Intellectual Property
- Platform design and code: The design, layout, graphics, and source code of HamroNeta.Online are owned by BhugolPark / SD Creation. All rights reserved.
- Government data: Data sourced from the Government of Nepal and its agencies is in the public domain and may be freely used.
- User contributions: Original user contributions (comments, analyses, forum posts) are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0), unless otherwise stated.
9. Cookies
The Platform uses the following types of cookies:
- Essential cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and security. The Platform cannot function properly without these.
- Functional cookies: Store your preferences such as language selection and theme (light/dark mode).

- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
